Spiritual Growth and Healing
Creative Visualization: Use the Power of Your Imagination to Create What You Want in Your Life (Gawain, Shakti) This is a great book on visualization that also has an accompanying workbookand meditation CD.
Living Beyond Fear: A Tool for Transformation by Jeanne Segal (This is out of print, but is readily available used. Note the subtitle, as there is another book with almost the same title.)
The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment by Eckhart Tolle. There is also a book of essential teachings and meditations. Excellent tool for living in the NOW!
The Writings of Florence Scovel Shinn: The Game of Life and How to Play It, Your Word Is Your Wand,the Secret Door to Success, the Power of the Spoken Word These books are among my all time favorites. Although written in the 1930s, these writings and their spiritual principles are great and still hold up today.
You Can Heal Your Life by Louise L. Hay. Great roadmap for curing our emotional ills.

Television
Because of my work schedule, I don't get to watch a lot of TV. However, there are a few shows I like to watch:
The psychic-themed TV show Medium, currently on DVD in Season 1 and Season 2.
The Ghost Whisperer is another great psychic-themed TV show, currently available on DVD in Season 1. Season 2 will be released in September.
Music for Meditation and Relaxation
Silk Road 1 and Silk Road 2 by Kitaro. Great meditation music!
Ancient Echoes by Steve Halpern. His Chakra Suite and Ocean Suite are also excellent!
